大蒜素对产蛋鸡生产性能及血清生化指标的影响

摘    要:为了研究不同水平大蒜素对蛋鸡生产性能、血清生化指标的影响,选用240只62周龄宝万斯褐壳蛋鸡,在基础日粮相同情况下进行了分组试验,在各处理组日粮中添加大蒜素量分别为50 mg/kg,100 mg/kg,150 mg/kg,试验期5周.结果表明:添加50 mg/kg和100 mg/kg的大蒜素可显著降低蛋鸡料蛋比(P<0.05),添加大蒜素能显著提高血清白蛋白水平(P<0.05).

Abstract:240 sixty two-week-old laying hens were randomly divided into four groups to study the effect of different level of Allicin on the performance and biochemical index of serum in laying eggs,each group has four replications with 15 laying hens.50,100,150mg/kg of allicin were fed with basal diet for weeks during the experiment.The results showed that supplemented with 50 mg/kg and 100 mg/kg of Allicin significantly increased feed efficiency in 62-67 weeks(P<0.05),and Allicin significantly increased the level o...
