水稻温敏核不育系多环境多次选择育种技术研究

摘    要:以水稻温敏核不育系孟S为材料,利用海拔100,700和1 000 m 3个不同的海拔高度设立不同温度梯度的3个环境,在自然条件下种植大群体,通过对比育性检测,筛选不育起点温度比原群体更低的单株.结果表明,经过3次选择,盂S不育起点温度由24℃降到了23℃.
