| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省作为全国农业大省，是国家商品粮主产基地。种植业保险在农业发展中的作用尤为突出。通过分析黑龙江种植业保险的发展现状，指出了影响黑龙江省种植业保险发展的诸多因素，并提出了促进种植业保险发展的对策，为种植业保险的健康发展提供了一条阳光大道。

| Abstract: | As the big province of national agriculture, Heilongjiang Province is a major commodity grain production base,and crop insurance is particularly important in the agricultural development. The current development situation of Heilongjiang crop insurance was analyzed ,which pointed out the impact factors of crop insurance and put forward to promote the development countermeasures of crop insurance, and provided a sunshine boulevard for the healthy development of crop insurance. |
