摘    要:试验设置了 0 .0 0 1、0 .0 1、0 .1mg·L- 13种浓度的油菜素内酯 (BR)处理 ,研究了BR对青花菜叶片的硝酸还原酶 (NR)、超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、过氧化物酶 (POD)、过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性和脯氨酸 (Pro)含量以及花球质量的影响。结果表明 ,中、低浓度BR可提高NR活性 ;适宜浓度的BR处理可影响植株细胞膜保护酶水平 ,提高SOD、POD、CAT活性 ,促进Pro的积累 ,提高花球的质量。处理中以中浓度BR处理的花球质量最大

Abstract:Broccoli was sprayed by brassinolide with concentration of 0.001,0.01 and 0.1mg·L -1 separately. The activities NR (Nitrate reductase),SOD (Superoxide dismutase),POD (Peroxidase),CAT (Catalase),Pro (Proline) contents of leaves and curd yield were investigated. The results showed that the mid and lower concentration of brassinolide could promote the activity of NR,influence cell protective enzymes system,enhance SOD,POD and CAT activity,accelerate Pro accumulation and increase curd yield.
