对民营资本参与农村金融改革的思考

随着农村对资金和金融服务需求的日益增加,以正规金融机构为主的现有农村金融体系已无法满足农村经济发展的需要,目前,民营资本在农村市场上相当活跃,并且在很大程度上承担了农村融资功能,然而这些实际起着重要作用的民营资本却一直处于地下状态。鉴此,在对农村金融改革现状分析的基础上,提出将民营资本纳入农村金融体系,利用民营资本促进农村金融改革的建议。

Study on the Participation of Private Capital in the Reform of Rural Finance

With the fast development of China's rural economy,the current rural financial system can not meet the increasing financial demand.Although the private capital is actually playing a very important role in money-providing and financial services to farmers,it is still excluded from the rural financial system.How to better utilize the private capital is very meaningful problem.In this paper the current situation of the rural finance reform was analyzed and the pros and cons of introducing private capital into the rural financial system were studied.Finally,some suggestions on how to better utilize private capital to support the reform of rural finance in China were put forward.
