摘    要:为寻找更多与籽粒品质相关的QTL位点,以农系531和农系110杂交衍生的83个DH系构成的DH群体为材料,构建了包含160个SSR标记的玉米连锁图谱,图谱总长度为1 523.8 cM,平均间距为9.53 cM。采用近红外反射光谱法测定各DH系籽粒油份、淀粉及蛋白质含量,定位了籽粒油份、淀粉及蛋白质含量的QTL。共检测到10个加性QTL,包括第3染色体上umc1311-bnlg1449区间内控制籽粒油份含量的QTL qoc3,第3染色体上bnlg1449-umc1286区间内控制籽粒淀粉含量的QTL qsc3,以及第1、3、5、8和10染色体上控制籽粒蛋白质含量的8个QTL。检测到上位性QTL 15对,影响油份、淀粉和蛋白质含量的QTL分别有3、8和4对。

Abstract:A doubled haploid(DH)population including 83 lines derived from a cross between Nong xi 531 and Nong xi 110 was used to construct maize linkage map by 160 simple sequence repeat (SSR)markers.The map spanned a total of 1 523.8 cM with an average interval of 9.53 cM.Oil, starch and protein contents in intact seeds of maize double haploid lines were measured by near infra- red reflectance spectroscopy(NIRS).The results showed that a total of ten additive QTLs were de- tected,among which QTL qoc3 in the interval of umc1311-bnlg1449 on chromosome 3 conferring oil content,and QTL qsc3 at bnlg1449-umc1286 on chromosome 3,with effect on starch content, the other eight QTLs on chromosome 1,3,5,8 and 10 conferring protein content.A total of 15 QTLs were detected,among which 3 QTLs affect oil content,and 8 QTLs with effect on starch content,the other 4 QTLs affect protein content.
