| 摘 要： | 本研究通过71例纯种杂种山羊血液的检测,发现山羊的红细胞上除具有粘附作用,形成免疫复合物花环外,还具有C_(3b)受体花环.从而证实,山羊的红细胞不仅具有携带、运输气体和调节体内酸碱平衡的功能,而且还具有重要的免疫功能.同时发现,杂种山羊红细胞上C_(3b)受体花环率的均值,显著高于纯种山羊(p<0.01).因此,我们初步认为,杂种山羊表现的适应性和抗病力强等杂种优势,除与遗传因素有关外,可能还与红细胞上C_(3b)受体花环率高有关。

| Abstract: | The blood of 71 purebred and crossbred goats was tested by the present experiment. It was found that there were C3b receptors in goats erythrocytes and formed the flower ring of C3b receptors in addition to the adherent fuuction and the flower ring of immune complex formed. The evidence showed that the goat's erythrocytes not onty have the function of carrying oxygen, transporting gas and regulating acid-base balance in the body,but also have very important immune function. Also,it was found that the mean value of the flower ring percentage on the erythrocytes'C3b receptors of the crossbred goat was significantly higher than that of the purebred goat(P<0. 01). Therefore it is consider preliminarily that besides the genetic factor the hardiness and disease tolerance of the crossbred goat have important relation to the flower ring percentage of the erythrocytes'C3b receptors. |
