放线菌NB8菌株对致病疫霉抑制作用的实验初报

摘    要:为获得高效拮抗致病疫霉的放线菌菌株,对从土壤中分离出的放线菌NB8菌株的活体及发酵液抑菌活性进行了探讨,并对该菌株发酵液中的抑菌物质的稳定性进行初步研究。结果表明,NB8菌株活体和发酵液对致病疫霉的抑制率分别为97.33%和92.00%;该菌株发酵液中的抑菌物质对光和热都很稳定,在pH6-8保持较高活性,在室温下可储藏2个月,可连续传代10代而抑菌活性基本保持稳定,表明利用NB8控制马铃薯晚疫病有较大的应用潜力。

Inhibition of an Actinomyces Strains against Phytophthora infestans

Abstract:In order to obtain some effective actinomyces strains against Phytophthora infestans, a strain from soil, NB8 was selected by antifungal tests. The result showed that the inhibition rate for NB8 and its fermentation product reached up to 97.33% and 92.00%, respectively. And the fermentation product of NB8 was very stable against light and heat, and maintain a high activity at pH6-8, and could be preserved two months at room temperature, and still had the evident activity after reproduction ten times. It is indicated that NB8 have great potential in control potato late blight in future.
