| 摘 要： | 失地农民由农民变为城市市民虽然获得了制度上的准入,但在身份转变过程中却存在着社会保障不力、角色转变困难以及居住条件、生活方式与环境的改变所带来的诸多不便及困惑。健全社会保障制度,让失地农民尽快重新就业,加强社区管理,提高失地农民素质,转变就业观念是关键。

| Abstract: | Land-expropriated farmers has get accurate on the system,but still there are a great deal of difficulties during the process of changing in identity,for instance: difficulty,inhabitting the way to change a great deal of incompatibility senses brought etc.that the basic living guarantee lacks,the job changes.This text propose some solutions from such respects as the implementation of sound,employment of the social security system,construction of community's management,etc.separately. |
