| 摘 要： | 利用GeneRacer试剂盒对花生(Arachis hypogaea L.)AhNCED1基因全长cDNA序列进行了克隆,并进一步对相应AhNCED1基因组DNA的结构进行了分析.结果表明,AhNCED1基因组DNA与其cDNA序列一致,说明其在结构上无内含子.采用DNAstar软件对cDNA序列推导的AhNCED1蛋白的氨基酸组成亲/疏水性进行的分析表明,构成AhNCED1蛋白的氨基酸大多数为亲水性.
