三峡库区产业发展的SWOT分析及对策研究

在介绍研究区域概况的基础上,利用SWOT分析法探讨了三峡库区产业发展的优势和劣势以及所面临的外部机遇和威胁。其中,从农副产品资源丰富、旅游资源丰富、矿产资源丰富、水能资源丰富4个方面介绍了三峡库区的产业发展优势;从基础设施落后、产业＂空心化＂矛盾突出、优势资源开发较差3个方面分析了三峡库区的产业发展劣势;从国家大政方针的引导及政策倾斜带来机遇、库区交通条件的改善产生机遇、三峡工程建设及运营形成机遇3个方面分析了三峡库区的产业发展机遇;从招商引资环境不佳、产业结构不合理、建设资金严重不足3个方面分析了三峡库区的产业发展的威胁。为了进一步促进三峡库区产业的发展,提出了以下对策：一是优化产业结构,培育主导产业;二是加强基础设施建设,改善库区投资环境;三是优化人力资源,为库区产业发展提供智力支持。
