甘肃省水土保持的农村社会经济效益评价与分析

采用灰色关联分析法,选择水土保持投资合计、累计水土保持治理面积、农民人均纯收入、总耕地面积、人均粮食产量和农业生产总值共6个指标构建水土保持的社会经济效益评价指标体系,对甘肃省近10年水土保持的农村社会经济效益进行了评估计算。结果表明:1996—2005年的10年中,甘肃省水土保持工作以较小的投入换取了较大的农村社会经济效益,农村社会经济发展与水土保持发展态势良好。

Evaluation and Analysis on Rural Social Economic Benefits of Soil and Water Conservation of Gansu Province

The paper evaluates and calculates the social and economic benefits of soil and water conservation in rural areas of Gansu in the last 10 years by taking the method of gray correlation analysis,selecting 6 indexes of total investment for soil and water conservation,accumulated control areas through soil and water conservation,per capita net income of farmer,total cultivated areas,per capita grain yield and total agricultural output value,establishing an evaluation system of social and economic benefits of soil and water conservation.The outcomes show that in the 10-year period of 1996—2005,the soil and water conservation work of Gansu Province has achieved greater social and economic benefits in rural areas with less investment and the situation of rural social and economic development and the development of soil and water conservation are fairly good.
