基于土地生态服务价值对土地生态管理的探讨

结合1996—2005年临夏回族自治州土地利用变更调查数据,采用Costanza生态系统服务价值计算方法和中国陆地生态系统单位面积服务价值表,研究了临夏州近10 a来土地利用变化对生态系统服务价值的影响,结果表明,1996—2005年临夏州生态系统服务价值总量增加了1.27亿元,土地利用类型的调整从宏观角度看是可持续发展的,其主要得益于生态退耕还林,为保证区域生态环境的稳定和不断改善,生态管理意识需加强,并针对研究区的实际情况提出了相应的土地生态管理方面的政策和建议。

Aproach to Ecosystem Management for Land Resource Based on Ecosystem Service Values of Land

Combined survey data of Linxia land use from 1996 to 2005,using the Costanza method of calculating the value of ecosystem services and the table of the Chinese terrestrial ecosystem service value per unit area,we studied the impact of Linxia nearly 10 years of land use change on ecosystem service value.The results showed that the total value of ecosystem services had increased 127 million yuan from 1996 to 2005;and from a macro point of view land-use type of adjustment was sustainable development,which was mainly due to ecological policy.To ensure the stability and improving of regional ecological environment,the awareness of ecological management need to be strengthened,and according to the actual situation of the study area,the corresponding ecosystem management policies and proposals should be proposed.
