| 摘 要： | 综述了辣椒游离小孢子培养胚胎发生的影响因素、提高产胚率的培养技术、雄核发育和胚胎发生基本程序,以及小孢子胚的植株再生、小孢子植株的倍性鉴定和加倍方法,并结合实际工作,指出了其存在的问题及今后的研究方向。

| Abstract: | Recent progress of isolated microspore culture in pepper,including affecting factors,embryo genesis rate improvemental technology,basic process of and rogenesis and embryogenesis,plant regeneration,ploidy identification and doubling method of microspore embryo,were reviewed.On the basis of the research practice,existing problems and research orientation in the future were pointed out. |
