金银花扦插繁殖技术研究

以四倍体金银花1～2 a生木质化枝条为试材,研究插穗蘸取根宝2号+遮阳网,插穗蘸取根宝2号、无遮阳网,仅有遮阳网,既无遮阳网、也没蘸取根宝2号4种条件对金银花扦插效果的影响。结果表明,插穗在蘸取根宝2号并有遮阳网的条件下,扦插效果最好,既无根宝2号、又没遮阳网的扦插效果最差。

Study on Cutting Technology of Lonicera japonica Thunb.

The lignified branches of annual tetraploid Lonicera japonica Thunb.were used as test materials,we studied effect of cutting on the tetraploid Lonicera japonica Thunb.under following four conditions: cuttings dipped Genbao 2 plus shade net;cuttings dipped Genbao 2,no shade net;only shade net;and neither shade net nor dipping Genbao 2.The results showed that the cuttings dipped Genbao 2 with a shade net was the best cutting condition,while neither Genbao 2 nor shade net the worst.
