摘    要:试验以强盛16号玉米单交种及相应亲本自交系和20对玉米SSR位点引物为材料,筛选出了适合该杂交种纯度鉴定的SSR位点引物。结果表明,bnlg2331引物的扩增产物呈现双亲互补的特征谱带,易于区分杂交种和亲本自交系。并通过对单籽粒DNA提取等技术环节的改进,建立了一套简单、快速、准确、可靠的种子纯度鉴定方法。

Abstract:In this study,20 SSR primer pairs were screened to search for the SSR loci that were suitable for testing the purity of maize hybrid Qiangsheng 16,which lacked a reliable laboratory method for purity testing.The results were as follows:a polymorphic SSR loci bnlg2331 was found that could be applied to test the purity of this hybrid.A procedure featuring inexpensive equipment and easy use were set up for testing maize hybrid purity using SSR marker.
