圆弧形混合磁悬浮轴承的研究

摘    要:介绍一种由圆弧形轴肩的转轴和圆弧形线圈组成的新型圆弧形混合磁悬浮轴承工作原理,导出了圆弧形混合磁悬浮轴承结构参数的设计计算理论,包括圆弧形混合磁悬浮轴承轴向与径向扰动的控制、吸力方程、承载能力、结构参数的设计等,与圆柱式比较,圆弧形混合磁悬浮轴承具有承载力大、定位性好等特点。

Abstract:In this paper, the working principle of an arc bearing of mixed magnetic suspension is introduced. It consists of a permanent magnet and an electromagnetic coil, and the former generates a static state magnetic field and the later generates a dynamic magnetic field. It adopts arc axis and arc coil that results in the axiswards coil leave out, its calculating method of structure parameters for arc magnetic bearings design is presented, include location control of axial and radial for the bearings, equation of suction, carrying capacity and so on, at last the conclusion is that they are characteristic of great carrying capacity, fine orientation and simple of structure for the bearings.
