| 摘 要： | 企业家人力资本包括:指挥、协调生产的能力;识别下属人力资本及配置企业人力资本的能力;建立合适的组织形式的能力;组织再造的能力;建立企业经营机制的能力。企业家人力资本具有自有性、稀缺性、不可测量性、对非企业家人力资本的依赖性。

| Abstract: | Entrepreneur' human capital includes: the ability to command and coordinate the production,to identify the subordinate' human capital and allocate the enterprise human capital,to construct proper organization form,to reconstruct the organization and to construct the enterprise operating mechanism.The entrepreneur' human capital possesses self-owning property,scarcity property,immeasurable property,and reliance on non-entrepreneurs human capital. |
