| 摘 要： | 了对马尿酸偶氮氯膦比色法用于植物、土壤中混合稀土元素总量测定时的影响因素（分析波长、显色条件、工作曲线、干扰元素等），并探讨了排除干扰的方法，找出该方法的最佳分析条件，使其具有更广泛的应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | The mearuring wavelength,color reagent condition,working curve,interfering factors involved in the mearurement of total REE of plant and soil samples by colorimetry with P lippuric acid chlorophosphorazo were studied.A procedure and related paramenter choice for the optimum determination was recommended for rational laboratory test. |
