复方中药清宫药抗炎药理学研究

为了研究清宫药的抗炎药理学作用，观察清宫药对炎症反应的影响，在实验室条件下建立了小鼠耳肿胀模型、足肿胀模型、毛细血管通透性模型和纸片肉芽肿模型。结果表明，清宫药对二甲苯引起的小鼠耳廓肿胀、醋酸引起的组织毛细血管的通透性增加、鸡蛋清引起的足跖肿胀及炎症介质前列腺素E2（PGE2）的渗出和纸片引起的肉芽增生均有明显的抑制用。提示清宫药具有明显的抗急、慢性炎症效应作用，其抗炎作用主要是通过抑制炎症介质的产生而实现，

Study on the anti-inflammatory effect of compound traditional Chinese medicine Qinggong Yao in vivo

Mice auricle edema model, mice metatarsal swelling model, capillary osmosis model and granuloma model were established to study the anti-inflammatory effect of compound traditional Chinese medicine Qinggong Yao in vivo. The results showed that Qinggong Yao could markedly inhibit such inflammatory reac.tion as xylene-induced swelling of mice auricle, acetic-aicd-induced effusion of Evans Blue in abdomen, egg albumen-induced mice metatarsal swelling, PGE2 level in inflammatory fect and paper-induced grenuloma. It is concluded that Qinggong Yao present good inhibition effect on both acute inflammation and chronic inflammation by inhibiting inflammation mediators.
