| 摘 要： | 以‘西伯利亚’、‘索邦’和‘木门’3个百合品种种球为试验材料，采用泥炭为基质进行箱栽，种植后把种球置于10℃、12℃和14℃的低温冷库中进行催芽生根处理，以直接栽培于大棚条件下的种球为对照，处理14 d后，测定各处理组的种球鲜质量变化、芽长、茎生根数量、生根率和芽粗。结果表明，12℃下处理‘西伯利亚’、‘索邦’和‘木门’种球种植14 d的生根效果最好，可显著促进茎生根的发生和芽的生长，且整齐度较好。

| Abstract: | Lily bulbs ‘Siberia’,‘Sorbonne’,‘Conca D′or’were planted in the plastic box with peat moss, and then treated with 10℃,12℃and 14℃for inducing root and budding.Some bulbs were placed in greenhouse for control.After 14 days,fresh weight,length of buds,number of stem-roots,rooting rates,diameter of buds were measured for analysis.The results showed that stem-roots and buds formation of all three varieties bulbs after trea-ted 14 days under 12℃ were the best,and had high uniformity. |
