复方党参对小白鼠生长性能及生化指标的影响

摘    要:选取18—20g小白鼠80只,雌雄各半,随机分成I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组和C组,每组20只,分别饲养于8个鼠笼中。在I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组相应鼠粮中添加5%、8%、10%的复方党参,C组为对照组。,试验周期为28d,分别在7、14、2l、28d进行称重,实验结束后测定各项血液生化指标,研究不同剂量的复方党参对小白鼠生长性能和血液生化指标的影响。结果表明,饲料中添加8%的复方党参具有较好的促生长作用,同时血液指标也优于其他两组、

Abstract:To study the effects of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae compound preparation on growth performance and blood biochemical index of mice, 80 mice of 18-20 g, half male and half female, were randomly divided into four groups named I, II, III and IV with 20 mice in each group and raised in 8 cages,respectively.Group I, II and III were respectively supplemented 5%,8% and 10% of Rad& Codonopsis Pilosulae compound preparation. Group IV was as control and the test cycle was 28 d.All mice were weighed on 7^th, 14^th,21^th and 28^th,respectively,and different biochemical indexes were determined after the experiment. The results showed that 8% of compound preparation could present the optimal effects on growth promotion and blood indexes improvement in mice.
