复方党参对小白鼠生长性能及生化指标的影响

选取18—20g小白鼠80只，雌雄各半，随机分成I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组和C组，每组20只，分别饲养于8个鼠笼中。在I、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组相应鼠粮中添加5％、8％、10％的复方党参，C组为对照组。，试验周期为28d，分别在7、14、2l、28d进行称重，实验结束后测定各项血液生化指标，研究不同剂量的复方党参对小白鼠生长性能和血液生化指标的影响。结果表明，饲料中添加8％的复方党参具有较好的促生长作用，同时血液指标也优于其他两组、

Effects of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae compound preparation on growth performance and biochemical parameters of mice

To study the effects of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae compound preparation on growth performance and blood biochemical index of mice, 80 mice of 18-20 g, half male and half female, were randomly divided into four groups named I, II, III and IV with 20 mice in each group and raised in 8 cages,respectively.Group I, II and III were respectively supplemented 5%,8% and 10% of Rad＆ Codonopsis Pilosulae compound preparation. Group IV was as control and the test cycle was 28 d.All mice were weighed on 7^th, 14^th,21^th and 28^th,respectively,and different biochemical indexes were determined after the experiment. The results showed that 8% of compound preparation could present the optimal effects on growth promotion and blood indexes improvement in mice.
