基于ANSYS参数化建模的农用车车架优化设计

摘    要:基于ANSYS参数化设计语言APDL建立了农用车车架的参数化有限元模型,对其进行模态分析,并用模态试验验证了有限元模型的准确性和可靠性。在此基础上,对车架结构进行了优化设计。

Abstract:Based on ANSYS parametric design language, a parametric finite element model for agricultural vehicle frame was established and the modal analysis was carried out. The validity and reliability of the finite element model was verified through modal experiment. According to the modal analysis results, the dynamic optimization was accomplished and reasonable conclusions were achieved.
