| 摘 要： | 以纯化的口蹄疫病毒作为包被抗原，建立了检测鹿口蹄疫抗体的间接酶联免疫吸附测定（ELISA）。最佳反应条件是：抗原包被质量浓度为40μg/mL，血清稀释度为1：100，检测的灵敏度为1：400。

| Abstract: | On the basis of purified FMDV as coated antigen,an indirect enzyme labelled immunosorbent assay(I-ELISA) was established.The microplates were coated with 100 μL FMDV antigen of 40 μg/mL concentration.And working concentration of serum was 1∶100.The result of sensitive test was 1∶400. |
