摘    要:以纯化的口蹄疫病毒作为包被抗原,建立了检测鹿口蹄疫抗体的间接酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)。最佳反应条件是:抗原包被质量浓度为40μg/mL,血清稀释度为1:100,检测的灵敏度为1:400。

Abstract:On the basis of purified FMDV as coated antigen,an indirect enzyme labelled immunosorbent assay(I-ELISA) was established.The microplates were coated with 100 μL FMDV antigen of 40 μg/mL concentration.And working concentration of serum was 1∶100.The result of sensitive test was 1∶400.
