中药复方对慢性热应激蛋鸡肺脏钙含量及热休克蛋白70表达量的影响

选用体质健康,体重、产蛋率基本一致的60周龄海蓝白蛋鸡250只,随机分为5组:中药复方Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组、电解多维组、高温对照组。本试验检测蛋鸡肺脏中钙含量,并采用ELISA法测定蛋鸡肺脏组织热休克蛋白70(HSP70)表达量。结果显示,复方中药能够提高肺脏钙离子(Ca2+)浓度和HSP70表达量。复方Ⅰ组能明显提高Ca2+浓度。各药物组的肺脏HSP70含量均高于高温对照组,其中复方Ⅲ组最为明显,但是复方Ⅰ组对HSP70的增加效果最显著。结果表明,HSP70与钙含量变化呈一定的正相关,中药有可能通过提高钙离子浓度而实现对HSP70的调控。

Effects of compound Chinese herbal medicine on the concentration of Ca2+ and regulation of HSP70 in lungs tissues of hens under chronic heat stress

Two hundred 60-day-age health laying hens with similiar weight and laying rate were randomly divided into five groups:control group,vitamin C group,compound Chinese herbal medicineⅠgroup,compound Chinese herbal medicineⅡgroup,compound Chinese herbal medicineⅢ group.The concentration of Ca2+ was detected and the expression of heat shock protein 70(HSP70)in lung tissues of all groups was detected by ELISA.All of the compounds of Chinese herbal medicine could improve the concentration of Ca2+ and increases HSP70 expression under heat stress.The effect of compounds of Chinese herbal medicineⅠon increasing in concentration of Ca2+ was the best one.Compound Chinese herbal medicine are involved in promoting HSP protein synthesis induced by heat shock,and the effect of Chinese herbal medicine Ⅲ was the best one.However,compound Chinese herbal medicineⅠcould significantly increase HSP70 expression.This study indicated that the effect of compounds of Chinese herbal medicine on the change of concentration of Ca2+ and overexpression of HSP70 were the same,which may be related with the regulationof HSP70 expression.
