| 摘 要： | 复杂的价值链会因为纳入了大量的价值活动,减少了交易成本而对价值链效率产生正面效应;但也会因为内部运行费用的增加和单个价值活动效率的降低,对价值链效率带来负面效应.在全球化及信息化的背景下,外包作为一种通过"修剪"价值活动环节来改进价值链结构的方式,会更大程度地消除负面效应,这构成了外包的内在动因.

| Abstract: | Complex value chain can bring positive effect through decreasing transaction cost as a result of increasing a deal of value activities,and also can bring negative effect as a result of operation cost increasing and the efficiency of value activity decreasing.Outsourcing improves the structure of value chain to cut down the negative effect in the more extent,which is the motivation of outsourcing. |
