细菌的凋亡及抗生素对其影响

摘    要:许多研究表明 ,细菌同其他生物一样 ,其死亡并不是单纯的由于生物学的衰竭而导致的被动过程 ,而是通过有序的可控制的方式激活细胞内的凋亡程序从而导致细胞的死亡。本文以大肠杆菌为例 ,综述了大肠杆菌凋亡的部分机制以及抗生素与凋亡的关系。重点介绍大肠杆菌 maz EF系统控制的细菌凋亡机理 ,以及氯霉素、壮观霉素、利福平等常见抗生素对凋亡的影响 ,并从分子细胞学水平解释其作用机制

Abstract:Why does death occur and how death occurs? Historically, the death of bacteria was considered a passive process resulting from biological failure. But recently research offered a different view, which considered bacterial cells activating an intracellular program that causes them to die in a controlled way. This active process which results in bacteria suicide is now known as programmed cell death(PCD),or apoptosis. A chromosomal PCD system was recently discovered in E. coli and it seems to operate in some other bacteria. This system can be activated by stress conditions. Several factors, including nutrient stress and antibiotics, can trigger programmed cell death in Escherichia coli. This bacterial version of a PCD system demands a remarkable change in our view of bacteria.
