GTZ／INBAR2000年竹藤研讨会会议纪要（摘要）

由德国技术合作局(GTZ)资助，国际竹藤组织(INBAR)组织协调，海南省林业局和云南省林业厅承办GTZ／INBAR2000年竹藤研讨会在海南和云南举行。与会代表针对两省竹藤的可持续发展战略、政策、经营模式、种类选择、栽培技术、产品开发、加工技术等系列问题开展了热烈的讨论，并对两省今后竹藤发展提出了建议。研讨会的召开，为推动中国华南和西南地区，特别是海南和云南两省的竹藤发展和可持续经营，生态建设，提高农村经济和农民生活水平将起重要推动作用。

Minutes of the 2000 GTZ/INBR Workshop On Bamboo and Rattan

The 2000 GTZ/INBR Workshop on Bamboo and Rattan was held respectively in Provinces of Hainan and Yunnan in the year of 2000. The event was funded by the GTZ, sponsored and coordinated by the International Bamboo and Rattan Organization (INBAR), and co-organized by Forestry Bureau of Hainan Province and Forestry Department of Yunnan Province. Active discussions took place on issues of sustainable bamboo and rattan development strategies in Hainan and Yunnan Provinces, policies, management models, species selections, cultivation technologies, product development, processing technologies, etc. Proposals were made in terms of how to promote bamboo and rattan industries in future. The workshop is of great significance in several areas of the bamboo and rattan sustainable industrial development, ecosystem enhancement, rural economic development and improvement of the rural life, in the south and southwest of China, and in Yunan and Hainan Provinces in particular.
