| 摘 要： | 针对生产中吊瓜籽萌发困难的问题,利用室内模拟试验,研究了种皮、光照、温度、赤霉素(GA3)、聚乙二醇(PEG)以及吊瓜种子提取物等因素对吊瓜种子发芽率的影响,以期探讨适宜吊瓜种子发芽的最佳条件.研究结果表明,吊瓜种子的提取物对吊瓜种子的萌发无抑制作用,光照对吊瓜种子萌发有显著抑制作用,GA3和PEG浸种处理对去皮吊瓜种...

| Abstract: | To explore suitable conditions for germination of Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim seeds,some factors,such as,removing the seed testa,light,temperature,gibberellin(GA3),polyethylene glycol(PEG),seed extraction,and so on,were studied in room condition.The results showed that the treatment of seed extraction had no effect on seed germination,however,in contrast to the light that inhibited the germination of seed,GA3 and PEG played a certain role in promoting the seed germinate.The seeds germination rate reached ... |
