| 摘 要： | 从发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数3方面入手,用不同浓度的CaCl2、Na2B4O7、H2O2、KNO3溶液对隔年茄子种子进行浸种处理,结果表明,CaCl2、Na2B4O7可以不同程度地提高隔年茄子种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数,其中浓度为20 g/L的CaCl2处理效果最好;KNO3对隔年茄子种子的萌发有一定的抑制作用;H2O2强烈地抑制隔年茄子种子的发芽力。

| Abstract: | Soaked with different densities of CaCl2,Na2B4O7,H2O2,KNO3,this experiment studied the germination percentage,the germination tendency,the index of germination of over year eggplant seeds,finally it was indicated that CaCl2,Na2B4O7 could raise the over year eggplant seed's germination percentage,the germination tendency and the index of germination with varying degree,and the 20 g/L CaCl2 had the best efficiency;KNO3 had certain inhibitory action to the overyear eggplant seed's germination;H2O2 intensely su... |
