摘    要:以北方常见的黑果龙葵种子为材料,用O(CK),0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20 mg,L水杨酸(SA)进行处理,研究了不同浓度的SA对龙葵种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响.试验结果表明,与对照相比,SA处理后龙葵种子发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数均下降;但SA浸根处理后,龙葵幼苗的株高、茎粗、叶片数、地上、地下干质量等均上升...

Abstract:The effects of germination and seedling growth of the Solanum nigrum seed with different concentrations of salicylic acid(SA) were determined,with water as control in the experiment.The results showed that as the treatment of different concentrations of salicylic acid on seed,the seed germination rate,germination index and vigor index were decreased by increasing the concentrations of salicylic acid.The plant height,stem diameter reached the best of 0.5 g/L with salicylic acid.
