| 摘 要： | 利用经纯化、偶联后的猪肌生成抑制素包涵体获得的高效价猪肌生成抑制素 (MSTN)抗血清进行免疫组织化学实验 ,结果表明 :MSTN在肺脏、肝脏、小脑、胰脏、心脏和脂肪细胞中呈现重度染色 ,说明MSTN在这些组织细胞中均有分布。而在肌肉、肾脏、子宫细胞中出现轻微染色 ,这说明MSTN在这些组织细胞中分布较弱 (2 0 0倍光镜 ) ,以上结果对进一步研究MSTN的受体及相关研究打下了坚实的基础

| Abstract: | The paper studied tissue distribution of porcine MSTN through immunohistochemistry. The results of immunohistochemistry showed: Heaviness stain were on lung, liver, cerebellum, heart, pancreas, and adipocyte,little stain were on muscles, kindey, and metra-cells. |
