组织培养在果树中的应用

组织培养是指利用植物细胞的全能性,快速繁殖大量植株的技术,由于组织培养具有培养周期短、经济效益高、繁殖方式多等优点,近年来发展很快。从快繁、花药培养、转基因、超低温种质保存、培养脱毒苗几个方面简述了组织培养在苹果、梨、杏、枣、桃等果树中的应用,并指出了组织培养应用在果树中存在的一些问题,可为以后的研究提供参考。
