摘    要:以4个玉米自交系为试材,在玉米发芽期间,分别用-4,0,4,8℃处理0,4,8,12 h,研究其对玉米幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,4℃以下低温都会显著或极显著地破坏膜系统;4个玉米品种的幼苗忍耐低温的极限是0℃持续8 h以内;玉米出苗后致死低温为-4℃;4个自交系中综3和355的抗寒性较好。

Abstract:Abstract: 4 inbred lines as test materials, an experiment was conducted during the maize germination stage with -4,0,4,8 ℃ as treatments for 0,4,8,1:2 h respectively. The results show that low temperature below 4 ℃ has significant or very significant influence to the membrane system; the germination low temperature limit is 0 ℃ within 8 h to 4 varieties of maize seedling; lethal hypothermia is --4 ℃ to maize seedlings after emergence; cold tolerance of the Zong 3 and 355 are better than another two in 4 inbred lines.
