摘    要:以温室专用黄瓜品种津春2号为材料,采用培养皿发芽法,研究了不同浓度Ca(NO3)2溶液浸种对黄瓜种子萌发特性的影响。结果表明,随着Ca(NO3)2浓度的提高,催芽48 h后黄瓜种子的发芽率和发芽势除50 m m ol/L Ca(NO3)2处理外,均显著降低,发芽指数、活力指数、胚芽鲜质量和丙二醛含量也均显著下降,质膜透性则呈"降低—升高"的规律。说明Ca(NO3)2溶液浸种显著抑制了黄瓜种子的萌发,且随着浸种浓度的提高,抑制萌发的效应显著增大。

Abstract:With greenhouse cucumber variety Jinchun 2 as material,the experiment was carried out to study the effect of different concentrations Ca(NO3)2 presoaking on the seeds germination characteristics in culture dishes.The results showed that with increase of Ca(NO3)2 concentrations,the germination rate and germination vigor of cucumber seeds were significantly decreased,except for 50 mmol/L Ca(NO3)2; germination index,vigor index,radicle fresh weight,and MDA content were also drastically decreased; while the membrane permeability were declined at lower concentrations and increased at higher concentrations.The research results revealed that Ca(NO3)2 solution soaking clearly inhibited the germination of cucumber seeds,and the inhibition effect was drastically intensified with the concentrations increase.
