甜叶菊试管苗的研究

摘    要:以甜叶菊种子萌发的幼苗为试材,用茎尖为外植体,在MS 0.5mg/LNAA 0.5mg/L BA 3g/L蔗糖培养基中诱导一次性丛生芽,在1/2 MS 1.0mg/L NAA 0.5mg/L IBA 3g/L蔗糖培养基中诱导大量须根,产生15~20倍健壮的丛生芽,为甜叶菊试管苗工厂化系列生产打下了基础.

Abstract:We use seedling of Stevia rebaudiana bertoni seed emergence as test material and use stem apex as external plant, Tufted shoot is induced in MS medium supplemented with 0.5mg/L NAA plus 0.5mg/L BA. plus 3% sucrose. A great number of fibrous roots are induced in MS medium supplemented with 1.0mg/L NAA plus 0.5mg/L IBA plus 3% sucrose and thus we can obtain 15~20 times tufted shoots. It is basis of a series of industrialized production of Stevia rebaudiana bertoni test tube seedling.
