水稻叶极性发育分子机制研究进展

摘    要:水稻叶由叶片和叶鞘组成,连接叶片和叶鞘的叶枕上着生有叶舌、叶耳等结构。叶片是水稻光合作用的主要器官,叶片的大小、形状和叶夹角是构成水稻株型的关键因素,对水稻叶片发育机制的阐释将有助于水稻株型改良和产量提高,而叶极性建立又与水稻叶片生长发育和形态建成密切相关。基于此,本文对水稻叶极性建立相关基因及其分子机制的研究进展加以综述,以期为今后水稻株型改良提供一些参考。

Abstract:The leaf of rice consists of a leaf blade and a leaf sheath linking by the laminar joint that contains a pair of auricles and ligules. Leaves are the main photosynthetic organs in rice. The size, shape and angel of leaf are of key components contributing to the desirable rice architecture. Study on the leaf developmental mechanism is important for improving the architecture and increasing grain yields of rice. Establishment of polarity is one of the critical processes during the leaf development. This article reviewed recent advances on molecular mechanism of leaf polarity establishment in rice, intending to provide valuable information for molecular design of desirable leaf morDholouv in the future.
