杂交粳型糯稻不育系寒丰糯A(HFwxA)的选育

摘    要:以寒丰不育系(HFA)为母本,突变体寒丰糯(HFwxB)为父本,通过多代杂交、回交转育,育成糯稻不育系寒丰糯A(HFwxA)。HFwxA与HFA比较,除籽粒胚乳呈蜡质状和千粒重降低外,在生育期、主要农艺性状、花粉不育特性和配合力等方面的表现均基本一致。寒丰糯不育系(HFwxA)表现育性稳定,农艺性状优良,开花习性好,配合力强等特性。利用其配制的杂交糯稻组合,具有抗逆性强、产量高等特点,其糯米淀粉黏度特性指标值也优于常规糯稻对照品种。

Abstract:The CMS-line of Hanfeng waxy (HFwxA) was bred through multiple generations of hybridization and backcrossing with Hanfeng A as the female parent,Hanfeng waxy (HFwxB) as male parent mutant.Except the wax-like endosperm and decreased 1000-grain weight,HFwxA was similar with HFA in the traits of growth period,main agronomic traits,pollen sterility and combining abilities.HFwxA sterile lines showed stable sterility,good agronomic characters and blossom habit,strong combining abilities.The combination of waxy hybrid rice had strong resistance and high yield.The glutinous rice starch viscosity value was superior to conventional glutinous control varieties.
