砧木南瓜耐高温理化指标的初步筛选

摘    要:以生产上常用的几个砧木南瓜品种为试材,以耐热品种NT和不耐热品种CQ作为耐热性对照鉴定品种,发芽期和幼苗期对供试品种进行热胁迫处理,对发芽势、胚根长、抗氧化酶活性等生理生化指标作耐热性鉴定。结果发现:发芽势、胚根伸长比、SOD活性、电解质渗透率、可溶性蛋白含量可作为砧木南瓜的耐热性鉴定指标,POD活性可作为耐热性鉴定的重要参考,CAT活性和脯氨酸含量不宜作为砧木南瓜的耐热性鉴定指标。

Abstract:9 common rootstock pumpkin varieties used in production,the variety NT with heat tolerance and the variety CQ with no heat tolerance were selected as experimental materials.They were treated at germination and seedling stages by heat stress,and their physiological and biochemical indices,such as germination energy,the radicle length and the activity of antioxidant enzymes,were determined.The results showed that germination energy,the ratio of radicle length at 38℃ to 28 ℃,SOD activity,leakage rate of electrolyte,soluble protein content could be used as the indices for identifying the heat tolerance of rootstock pumpkin;POD could be used for reference;CAT activity and proline content were not suitable for identifying the heat tolerance of rootstock pumpkin.
