| 摘 要： | 云南省林业厅2002年至2004年挂钩扶贫镇雄县杉树乡,其间通过实施退耕还林、竹藤基地、天保工程、农村能源建设、林下资源开发等林业项目和基础设施项目,帮助建立全乡的支柱产业,让当地贫困农民积极参与到林业工程建设中来并从中受益,逐渐脱贫致富。文章以杉树乡的林业产业化扶贫为例总结出一些扶贫作法,为贫困山区的扶贫开发提供参考。

| Abstract: | From 2002 to 2004, with the vigorous support of Yannan Provincial Forestry Department and through infrastructure construction as well as forestry projects like Green for Grain, bamboo industry, rural energy scheme, resources development and so on, the forestry and relating industries in Shanshu Village of Zhenxiong County developed quickly and the local people gradually cast off poverty. Based on the practice data the author collected during this period, the paper summarizes some useful measures to cast off poverty for reference. |
