| 摘 要： | 试验对牛蛙(Rana catesbeiana Shaw)蝌蚪在不同生长发育变态时期的主要性状进行了测定,并对其比值间的差异进行了比较分析。结果表明,牛蛙蝌蚪在后肢长出前、后肢长出后到前肢长出前、前肢长出后这3个阶段,尾长/体长、消化道长/体长比值的差异显著,说明此为蝌蚪形态的剧变时期。牛蛙蝌蚪体长生长方程Lt=3.7381-e-0.0948(t+1.2529)];体重生长方程Wt=123.651-e-0.9852(t+1.4058)]2.1819;体长与体重关系式W=0.074 2 L3.067。温度对牛蛙蝌蚪的生长发育有显著的影响,当温度在22℃以上时,蝌蚪才能完成变态发育,并以在30℃时的变态率最高。
