基于GIS与SPSS的甘肃省县域可持续发展区划

以县(区)为基本研究单元,建立适合甘肃省县域可持续发展的评价指标,运用主成分分析法并借助SPSS软件进行分析,计算出甘肃省87个县(区)在生态、经济、社会3个因子的得分.在GIS空间分析功能的支持下,生成甘肃省环境、经济水平和社会水平区划图.结果表明:甘肃省县域可持续发展水平呈现明显的空间差异性,总体来看环境是东部好,西部差;而经济和社会水平都是西部好,东部差.并依此对甘肃省可持续发展提出了优化策略.

GIS- and SPSS-based Analysis on the County-level Divisions of Sustainable Development in Gansu Province

In this paper, an evaluation index system of the county-level sustainable development in Gansu Province is developed. Based on the principal component analysis and SPSS, the scores of ecological, economic and social factors in 87 counties of Gansu Province are calculated, and the results are analyzed. Moreover, the division maps of entironrnent situation, economic level and social development in the province are charted with GIS means. The results show that there are the significant spatial differences in county-level sustainable development in Gansu Province. Generally, the entironment in east Gansu Province is better than that in its western part, and the economic level and social development in west Gansu Province are higher than that in its eastern part. On which some optimized measures are put forward for achieving sustainable development in Gansu Province, they are to extensively and effectively implement the afforestation project and regenerate the steppes in Hexi Corridor for increasing the vegetation coverage and the local precipitation, and improve the farming conditions, develop water-saving and dry farming and regulate the planting structure in the regions east from the Yel- low River. The study results can be referred in making the distribution and planning of the county-level sustainable development.
