摘    要:在大田生产条件下,采用单株挂牌设置处理的研究方法,研究了强化施钾、打顶抹杈以喷施生长素等化学、生理调控措施对烤烟钾吸收及其在库源中再分配的影响。结果表明,打顶后根际集中补施K2SO4和KNO3可以提高腰叶及其以上叶片含钾量,而补施KCl主要提高脚叶及下二棚叶片含钾量,现蕾后不打顶或打顶结合生长素处理茎断面有利于不同部位叶片含钾量的提高。

Abstract:The effects of the chemical and physiological regulation measures such as adding potassium fertilizer by central dressing, removing the top and the branch from the plant and spraying IAA to the cut on potassium uptake and redistribution in sink and source in tobacco were studied under the field conditions. The results indicated that adding K 2SO 4 and KNO 3 by central dressing to soil could increase potassium content of the leaves in and above the middle. Adding KCl mainly raised the potassium content of the tobacco leaves between the bottom and the middle. Remaining the tobacco top was advantageous to the increase of potassium content of all tobacco leaves after squaring, so was removing the tobacco top and spraying IAA to the cut at the same time.
