| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the operating mechanism of whole village promotion for development-oriented poverty relief in Fujian, and evaluates its performance from economic development, construction of infrastructure, construction of social undertakings, construction of party organization at village level, and so on. After the analysis and evaluation, we believe that the whole village promotion for development-oriented poverty relief is effective pattern for expediting the building a new socialist countryside, balancing urban and rural development, fostering farmers who master modern technologies and knowledge, improving the working styles of government departments. |
