| 摘 要： | 选取一品红嫩茎作为实验材料,采用组培方法进行繁殖实验,结果表明接种适宜的培养基为MS BA1 NAA0.2,蔗糖30g、琼脂6g,pH值为6.2。最佳继代培养基MS BA 0.2~0.5。生根培养基以1/2MS NAA0.2为好。 |

| Abstract: | The young stems of Euphorbia pulcherrima are chosen as the experimental materials and the multiplying experiments have been done in the method of tissue culture.The results show that the suit culture medium is MS BA1 NAA0.2,sugar 30g,agar 6g,pH6.2,the best culturing medium for the next generation is MS BA0.2-0.5 and the suitable culturing medium for striking roots is 1/2MS NAA0.2 |
