| 摘 要： | 文章针对黑龙江省农业产业结构现状,建立了以体现社会、经济、生态综合效益的多目标规划模型为主体,多个辅助模块相辅相成的结构优化模型;在求解过程中借鉴了灰色线性规划的理论和方法,将约束值和系数作为灰数,可随时间在相应的灰区间中变化,增强了优化模型的稳健性和对发展变化的应变能力。求解出的优化方案将对制定合理有效的产业结构调整政策有一定的参考借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | In the paper, a multi-objective optimal model is formulated according to the present economical and technological conditions of agriculture in Heilongjiang Province. The constraints have been taken as grey numbers excursing in corresponding grey intervals as time lapse, which enhanced the model′s flexibility. |
