白桦及毛白杨小径材木方软化工艺的研究

摘    要:用正交试验法,对白桦及毛白杨小径材木方进行了切板前水煮软化处理。结果表明,在一定范围内,软化介质的温度越高及保温时间越长,木材软化效果越好。超过一定范围以后,继续升温或延长保温时间,会因木材的结构被破坏而降低软化效果。试验还表明,含水率低于纤维饱和点的木方,水煮前进行水浸泡处理能改进软化效果。

Abstract:An investigation was made on softening the block of smalldiameter birch and poplar log with boiling before slicing by means oforthogonal optimization. The result indicates that within a certain scopethe higher the temperature was and the longer the boiling lasted, the betterthe softening result achieved. Beyond the scope, if the temperature washeightened or the boiling time was lenthened. the softening effect becamebad because wood structure was destroyed.The test also indicates that if the block which moisture contain was below the fibrous saturation point was immersed in water before boiling,the better softening result was gained.
