对畜禽产品安全性与畜牧产业发展的思考

针对饲料中有毒有害物质的危害、兽药残留量、农药及工业“三废”污染、病原微生物和寄生虫感染等因素的影响,造成我国畜产品安全性较低,远不能适应国际国内市场的要求,对我国畜禽业的发展带来严峻的挑战进行了论述.并提出要采取有效措施,科学选址,合理布局,改善饲养环境;加强饲料监管,确保饲料安全;合理使用和控制使用药物;建立严密的兽药残留监控体系;防止环境化学毒物污染食品,大力发展有机畜禽养殖,打造绿色品牌,提高畜禽产品安全性,实现畜牧业持续快速发展的建议.

Thinking of livestock production security and animal husbandry development

Livestock production security is low in our country and can not fit the standard of internal and international markets because of poisonous elements in feed,animal medication remnant,pesticides,industry pollution,pathogeny microbe,parasite and etc.,all of which becomes a tremendous challenge for livestock industry in our country.In order to develop organic livestock feeding,the paper has proposed the efficient measures to make green brand of livestock products,improve livestock production security,realize sustainable and fast development of livestock industry,through choosing the farming location scientifically and having a right arrangement,improving the breeding environment,ensuring feed storage and safety,controlling animal medication remnant strictly and preventing the feed pollution by chemical poison.
