大豆连作土壤多酚氧化酶研究

摘    要:土壤多酚氧化酶与土壤有机质的形成有关,是腐殖化的一种媒介。但由于耕作栽培措施不同,对土壤温度、温度都会产生一定影响。进而影响了土壤多酚氧化酶的活性,而多酚氧化酶活性的强弱又影响了土壤酚的含量,土壤酚含量又影响了植株干物质积累。表明土壤酚直接影响植株的正常生长发育,使株株干物质积累降低,这可能是造成大豆减产的原因之一。

Abstract:There is a relationship on soil polyphenol oxidase betweenforming of soil organic matter and medium of forming humus. Due todifferent measures of cultiyat, it exerts the influences to temperature andhumidity of soil, and its resulting in changing active of soil polyphenoloxidase. The polyphenol oxidase active changing may affect on thecontent of soil phenol. The soil phenol content may influence accumlatingdry matter of soybean plant. The results show that the soil phenol directlyaffect on a normal growth and development of plant, causing plantaccumlating dry matter decreasing. This is possible as a reason for theloss yield soybean.
