996/4628重组自交系群体开花期耐冷性评价及遗传分析

摘    要:连续2a利用人工气候室低温鉴定996/4628重组自交系群体开花期耐冷性并对其进行遗传分析,结果表明,以低温处理下结实率、结实率下降值和低温敏感指数3个指标为耐冷性评价指标对996/4628重组自交系F8群体和F1o群体进行耐冷性鉴定,各群体内株系间均存在极显著差异,但两群体的耐冷性差异不显著,说明重组自交系到第8代已稳定,且年际间耐冷性鉴定结果差异不显著.996/4628重组自交系群体的耐冷性呈连续分布,3个耐冷性评价指标的均值均介于2个亲本之间,说明996开花期耐冷性是由多基因控制的数量性状.

Abstract:The cold tolerance of two populations of reco mb inant inbred lines(RILs) of 996(cold tolerant)/4628(cold susceptible)(996/4628 RIL F8 and 996/4628 RIL F10,for short) was identified at flowering stag e under low temperatures in phytotron for two years in 2008 and 2009 and the gen etic behavior of the cold tolerance at flowering stage was analyzed.The results showed that,when the indices of the seed-setting rate under low temperature, reduced value of seed-setting rate and cold susceptibility index were used...
